I haven’t mentioned this in the last couple entries, but I have restarted operation grow a beard or whatever I was calling it before.\u00a0 I got my hair cut again today so my facial hair is at about the same length as the hair on my head which is always amusing.<\/p>\n

Anyways, tomorrow is Israel day which always is a pretty good day.\u00a0 Instead of being with our regular groups, we will be with the girls and boys of our age group which is always fun.\u00a0 I get along really well with the other counselors in the unit, so that makes things cool.<\/p>\n

Anna called today from Camp Coleman<\/a>.\u00a0 She had gone off the camp grounds with the other Machons (Counselors in Training) for dinner in Dawsonville.\u00a0 They rode over in the mini bus which we believe is the same one she ran into several years ago.\u00a0 The bus was parked and she hit her head on the side view mirror and actually put a dent in it surprisingly.<\/p>\n

Crazy stuff at camp continued today.\u00a0 Yesterday, one of my campers who I could best describe as tiny somehow jumps further than my co-counselor on a running jump.\u00a0 Today, the same camper caught 6 fish in only about 45 minutes today during fishing.<\/p>\n

Today in the pool during free swim I had probably 10 different campers all hanging on me at once until the lifeguard blew his whistle and made them get off of me.\u00a0 I wish I had a picture to show you of this.<\/p>\n

I was informed today of the procedures for which I will be paid for SGA.\u00a0 The exact amount that I will be able to earn this school year total is $4,494.\u00a0 I can work a maximum of 17.5 hours per week, which thinking back to last year, I am pretty sure I matched or surpassed most of last year.\u00a0 Once I find out what my official office hours will be, I will post them on here, my Facebook, Twitter, and on the door of the SGA office.<\/p>\n

I got a call recently from a friend of mine, Jackson Hoberman<\/a>.\u00a0 Upon reaching Charleston, I was lucky enough to meet Jackson.\u00a0 He was very friendly and welcomed me into the Jewish Student Union community as well as a bit of SGA.\u00a0 The link above is to Jackson’s admissions blog which I’ve been reading a bit myself (I know, I am reccomending a blog in my blog, a bit weird), but I definately think you should read it a bit if you have a chance.\u00a0 His most recent entry is of a similar style to mine with it’s use of narrative voice.<\/p>\n
