{"id":131,"date":"2009-03-25T12:59:54","date_gmt":"2009-03-25T12:59:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rosskressel.wordpress.com\/?p=131"},"modified":"2009-03-25T12:59:54","modified_gmt":"2009-03-25T12:59:54","slug":"runoff-confusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/rosskressel.com\/blog\/2009\/03\/25\/runoff-confusion\/","title":{"rendered":"Runoff Confusion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So things have gotten interesting over the last couple days.\u00a0 One of my opponents was disqualified from the race which made her inelgible to be in the runoff.\u00a0 She got the 2nd most votes, but because she was disqualified I wasn&#8217;t supposed to be up against her in the runoff.\u00a0 Well it appears I may be wrong about that as well.\u00a0 As with all SGA elections, the bylaws permit all candidates to contest the results:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;909.001 Any candidate may contest the election by submitting to the Election<br \/>\nCommission a written statement requesting an investigation and specifying alleged irregularities.
