Go to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/cougartrail.cofc.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span>http:\/\/cougartrail.cofc.ed<\/span>u\/<\/a> and log on.<br \/>\n2.   Once inside CougarTrail, go to the College Menu<br \/>\n3.   Select SGA Election System<br \/>\n4.
