is a Learning and Development Consultant at BNY Mellon. In Ross’s current role, he assists the Vice President of Business Improvement and Quality-Talent and Development for Investment Services on training programs including Six Sigma, Project Management, Agile, and Performance Excellence. Before joining BNY Mellon, Ross was a Senior Corporate Accounts Representative at InfoMart, a national background screening firm. Ross managed InfoMart’s relationship with one of their largest clients from their Pittsburgh, PA headquarters.
In August 2016, Ross was awarded his Masters of Business Administration from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. Ross also received his Six Sigma Green Belt in May 2016 at Katz.
In 2012, Ross received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the College of Charleston. Ross also spent a semester in Havana, Cuba studying abroad while at CofC.
Ross is interested in learning and development, innovation, organizational change, HR, Marketing, B2B relationship management, and sales.
In his free time, Ross enjoys reading, biking, NPR, volunteering and coffee.
